Shipping Policy

All orders are handmade and carefully packaged to order. Most packages are shipped within 1–4 business days of purchase. During periods of high order volume or for more detailed custom items, processing times may be slightly longer.                                  If there is a delay with your order, I will contact you as soon as possible with an update. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Rates are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.                                                         All orders are shipped from Netherlands via PostNL.

International Orders

International customers are welcome. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Customs regulations and fees vary by location and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Unfortunately, I am unable to mark packages as gifts or alter customs declarations. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delivery delays.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the postal service and customs processing in the destination country. While estimated delivery times may be provided, they cannot be guaranteed.
